Data you provide or create

Account data: login identifiers, profile details, preferences, billing status, and credit activity.
Project data: canvases, layers, text, shapes, templates, saved edits, exports, and project metadata.
Asset data: uploaded images, generated images, refined images, background-removal results, thumbnails, and previews.
Prompt data: generation prompts, tool settings, selected styles, reference choices, and related request metadata.

How user data is processed

Stored data powers projects, asset libraries, account continuity, exports, and editing sessions.
Prompt, image, and canvas data may be sent to AI or media-processing providers when you request generation, upscaling, refinement, or background removal.
Operational logs help diagnose failures, manage credits, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.

User controls

Users should be able to update account settings where controls are available in the app.
Users can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data through Clunee support channels.
Deleting an account or project may remove active app access to related data, but some records may remain where needed for legal, payment, security, backup, or abuse-prevention purposes.

Generated outputs and ownership responsibility

Clunee helps users create outputs, but users are responsible for checking whether outputs are appropriate for public, commercial, or regulated uses.
Do not upload confidential, sensitive, illegal, or third-party material unless you have the right and authority to process it through Clunee.
Generated outputs may depend on third-party AI providers, and similar prompts or inputs may produce similar results for different users.
