Using Clunee

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, projects, uploaded assets, prompts, and activity under your account.
You must use Clunee only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, other users, third-party systems, or intellectual property rights.
You may not attempt to bypass security, abuse credits, scrape the service, reverse engineer private systems, or use Clunee to generate unlawful or harmful content.

Your content and outputs

You keep responsibility for the content you upload, create, edit, and export through Clunee.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload assets and use prompts, references, names, marks, and other materials in your projects.
Clunee may process your content to provide editing, generation, storage, preview, export, moderation, support, and security features.
AI outputs can be unpredictable or similar to outputs produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial or public use.

Credits, billing, and third-party services

Credits are used for eligible creative actions and may be subject to product limits, availability, and pricing shown in the app.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Some features depend on third-party AI, hosting, storage, or payment services. Availability and behavior can change when those providers change.

Service changes and account actions

Clunee may add, modify, suspend, or remove features to improve reliability, security, legal compliance, or product quality.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk, or uses the service abusively.
You may stop using Clunee at any time and may request account or data deletion through available support channels.

Disclaimers and liability

Clunee is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, or that generated content will fit every use case.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Clunee is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
